Training for Transit7:42 PM
Friday, March 23, 2012
So training in providing GEMS service has ended as of yesterday. Although it wasnt an eye opener since service is really as simple as it gets.
However, it tells you why in the airport, especially transit area. Service is really of utmost importance as it really gives people the perception of the airport as a whole.
Really enjoyed with charlene as a whole ((:
was max excited on starting a new shop and service experience at T2 when ba news rolled in that we wont be opening until 26th April.
What a bummer. Didnt really want to work at T3 anymore especially with the complications.
Keyreen is starting to be very hard to work with. but like she always tells me, who are you to point out her flaws? So okay, up to you to if you want to listen to my advices or not.
and how her personal lives really is hectic and now all of her dirty linen is really out in the open and i cant really understand her actions anm.
You tell different stories to different partiea and when you're caught redhanded you push the blame and refuse to accept responsibility.
you need some work and i hope i dont need to literally slap u into reality.
